How did he lose real money if he got them with a ingame casino ? And also the items were cloned so no way that he bought them. :/
If you read the post again you'll understand why admin removed them.
Ofcourse it might not be fair to you but 'cloned items' is illegal.
One thing you can do is to look up where you got the 'cloned items' and try to report him or something..I don't know

He has answered you already there is a built in system which removes cloned items from everyone of the item is cloned it will be auto deleted so even if you buy a cloned item it will be removed read the post properly and see that admin hasn't deleted them by hand

So he didn't lose ALL his items? just the things that were cloned.
