You should give a look at houses, some of them are named the same, which means a player owning 2 different houses, seen plenty of those.
Make some house clean system or add a rebirth limit to buy them, idk 10,50,100?
Some ppls don't even get a chanse to find a house because many of them are owned by players named "Aafdsgdfhfxb"
