It's about the Player names Sanjo. I don't know how but no matter how many times you use a Freeze Rune on him, he's still able to move. Maybe he's bugged?

PS: it already happened while a Group vs Sanjo and Sanjo vs 1, so it's not normal.

if i freeze him then you freeze him before the freeze time is over he will be able to move/heal
