I dont know if its a bug or u guys are working with the Gnomincia NPC cause i was gonna buy some runes and the Gnomincia NPC its not there. ty for reading

After every restart the NPC is gone :P its a temporally bug and will be fixed.

PS: the NPC can be found at the crystal base now.
