i cant catch the Panda with Taming item.

You need to use it on a tame panda in the mounts to first floor of temple

Let me re-phrase what abez~ said you can tam Tame Panda not Panda, hopefully you got it now.

but when i catch it i see when i use the taming item on ground it say
