If you can't use it, it means it's been removed from the spell system.

its not removed because i can use it on my 0 rebirth sorcerer..

Well it's not a really useful spell at the server therefor we didn't care about making it for every vocation, however i have adjusted it and now spin master sorcerers are able to cast it.
