I have account rebirth 1 and my magic level can't get more than 9 and when i kill mobs with spells it don't increse

and i have another account knight rebirth 0 and magic level 10 and its donot increse too
And in the two ways i cant use my admin sd
So please admin make a solve for this proplem
Solve Example : ek have 17magic level when they are lvl 8 rebirth 0 or make the admin sd magic lvl is 8
