Some stairs who wont lead anywhere

I got a house, and south of it (only owner and sio can walk in there) are there some stairs, and i can't get up there!

I have checked your House, it was custom house made long time ago for one of our players, the design is custom and seems to be fine, a House and Garden.

Go south east, look at the stairs, please fix it or just say that it will be like that.
