Actually this has been reported several times. It just haven't been fixed (I dont know why it hasn't been fixed).

Regarding White Deer in general. A simple map bug, which in most scenarios is just a fail, isn't really rewarded with the 'White Deer'. Else everyone in the server would have one.
You need to find something more amazing to recieve it. Something that really destroys the server (e.g can be abused etc).
