Everything is in title I guess. If I do !answer x in game chat it still asks me to answer or I'll be banished etc etc and pops up with those little windows. I guess it might not be that it only works in NPC channel, but that it doesn't work in game chat. I did !answer 4 twice in game chat and it didn't work, switched to NPC channel and it worked.
I guess this is why I got banned last week, I was in a league game alt tabbed in and answered, after the league game I checked my client and I was banned. I figured I just mistyped something but I guess not.
