i get bug in casltes i had lost my items like 3full set- can anyone get back my items and fix it ?

Raymunda you are not the first one.... I lost alot of more items because of this bug around 6 months ago... I did send email to support@highexp.eu and they did try to find any possible bugs but didn't find anything. I guess your items will not be refunded.
