if you don't want ban from forum u should (shut the fuck up) and just make 1 thread and send an email. multiple trheads are useless, annoying, gay, weird, fucked up etc etc

You don't have to spam forums regarding your issue and consider sending one email and wait for an answer as sending additional mails will send your ticket to the back of our queue and therefor increases the amount of time it takes to respond to you.

Edit:- I have fixed your capacity bug.

Of course we don't have to spam but do you think it's appropriate that we sometimes have to wait for over a week for an answer? Maybe people wouldn't have to spam if your support would be faster.
Edit: Added picture where I made a request 2 weeks ago which still is open.
And as you can see it takes you over a week each time to reply.
