i did what u told me i send the email to zaypay and i dident get the points on torian pls help me ???

I have informed you by email that your payment was never completed, which means [You did not pay the completed amount so the system can reward you with points in return] Let me quote my exact email response for you.

We have checked your payment history with Zaypay, it seems that all of the payments you tried to do are still in "progress" and none of them was ever completed. A completed payment is a statues you get after sending the required amount of SMS or finishing the Call. However, as we don't hold any further information about the exact progress of the payment you have to directly contact the Zaypay customer support and provide them with the exact information you provided for us.

If there was an issue with your payment, they will fix it and you will get the points automatically in our server.

This can be solved by contacting the Zaypay customer support at customercare@zaypay.com.

Please make sure to include your payment info at your message to them for faster help.


If you made a contact to Zaypay, post down their response to you and clarify whether or not you have completed your payment. There's no thing wrong with the system so far and it have been working everyday for years now, its all about your miss understanding, but here we go trying to help. Just post down what you were asked for.

i have paid full amount and i concated zaypay but they dident msg me back
