i wanted to buy points and at half it said the payment is finished and still 6 min and 40 sec are left i dont wanna lose again my money -.- really got agressive i can send u a pic of the website u can see -.- now it says also the number is offline

i saved my code just the problem is normally by daopay 10k points are 13 min and 40 sec. and my calling stopped automaticly at 6.50 sec and i tried to call again and it just said that i number what i try to call is offline plesae try later i dont know what to do i can give order number i send to contact us now
