Please send an email to customercare@zaypay.com and inform them about your payment info, there's no thing to do from the server side it's all Zaypay's we only receive a request to inform us that you made a payment from them and we reply with giving you a reward. If you did not receive points, it means we did not receive a request from their side which means something wrong happened to your payment while doing it.

We looked up the transactions related to the pay codes you have provided and according to our records both transactions have been marked as paid.

Please be informed that Zaypay is the payment method provider. Could we invite you to contact the service provider for any issues with the purchase?

Please quote Zaypay successful transaction reference numbers 466813889 (for pay code 0270) and 466908725 (for pay code 0822).

I've looked up these pay codes and i found that the request was sent but not within the assigned time manner. However, this has been resolved and you should have received your points also further payments will instantly work.
