Hello , I've just sent an email with the cards' numbers to Egypt@highexp.eu but i had received a reply as if i was complaining about something , i just want to know if the email has been successfully sent and the points are on their way?

There's nothing strange with the automatic email reply, it simply informs you that we received your request and asking you to include your character name in case of you missed, anyway i have added your points by now.

I have checked but 1350 points are received
I should have received 3000 points
I have donated by 2 cards each=25 LE and I've mentioned in the email that i wanted to sum up both and receive 3000 Points = 50 LE.
So please check as soon as possible.
