i actually sent from 2 e mails because i thought one of them is bugged of something i sent from

i donated before and what i know is when i send a messege with donation the support team recieves my messege and send me back a messege that they are working on my request .. i've sent many times but i didnt recieve a messege telling me that the support team recieved my messege and working on my request -.- please check the e mail i need my points fast
