i expect these points soon or i want extra!!!!!!!

1. you will never get extra points
2. sometimes it takes 24 hours to receive your donation payment (variable payment)
3. i am sure the staff will do everything they can to get your points very fast

Like Sariel said, it takes some time before you recieve the points. I'm pretty sure it says so in the confirm email you should have recieved, unless you payed with your cellphone.
Anyway I'm not sure it's 24 hours, I think it is 12 hours. So I suggest you wait until it's been 12 hours then email the staff. The email Sariel sent works fine but I think it's better if you use Billing@highexp.eu
Remember to include your order reference number in the email so they know which payment you refering to,
