As cm said the Egypt donation agent isn't available at the moment so there is nothing he can do until he can contact them if you have donated you will get your points

Since this thread was a month ago it's related donations shall be processed. Im sure one hundred precent that you have received your points If you really sent us an email with your Egypt Donation or either you sent us a Wrong , Expired card number so basically we couldn't add your points.

We almost provide the best support on the market to our players, If you believe that you sent an email and didn't receive your points we can solve this on public.
