Hello, yesterday i have bought 1000 points in zaypay, i e-mailed admins of both zaypay and highexp.eu, though both say they did not recieve any money, but my telephone card was charged, guys i just want my 1000 points, i have evidence that i was charged. Admin if you have problems like this you shouldn't let your customers use zaypay...

I have replied to your email also explained to you that your payment was never reached our Zaypay account (or you would have received the points as others). Therefor im only asking to copy / paste the same email you sent to us to Customercare@Zaypay.com. We will even bonus your points if there was any issue from our side. Regards, Community Manager |
