This is the first time i donate, i donate via paygol 2 times i loose the money but i don't receive my points...

I recieve the confirmateion messages but not the points..

Please help!!!

Hi there if you look on the top bar of the forum you will see one called support click on it and summit a request and it will be sorted please include you order number and confirmation number and method of payment

I recevive a pin code. It works??

If you use PayPal it is an automatic system if the point don't go on please check your PayPal balance to see if you have been refunded if not please take a screen shot of your PayPal receipt and send it to our support email address
