I just tried donating and when i finished filling out the information and tried advancing to the next page, it told me the information was wrong. Please help me ASAP

I did fill some of the information out wrong. But 2 more problems occurred when i fixed it.
1. I didnt get my 15000 points.
2. I got charged 52.08 instead of the 40 USD that it was supposed to be.
Not particularly mad about the 12.08 that i got charged, but i need MEH POINTS!!

I can see that you have donated via "Credit Card" payment option and for some credit cards it takes up to 6 hours till the payment gets confirmed by the fraud system, which causes a delay at receiving your points.

Once the payment gets approved our system will automatically add your points.

Regarding being charged for 52 USD , you have been charged for 52$ after converting 40 EUR into USD. All of our prices are in EUR not USD.

Its been about 8 hours. I have short term memory loss, and my thought is kind of blurry. I think the email said 12 hours max for me to recieve my points?
