Trialpay is automatic payment process, in case you didn't receive points then your payment must be Credit Card because for some cards it takes up to 6 hours to check the payment info by the TrialPay Fraud system, if your payment was accepted you will automatically receive your points, else you will find your money charged back to your credit card.
