OMG MY 25000 POINTS???

Hi, i'm really angry right now. I payed with a Visa-Card 60 euro to get 25000 pts. I haven't gotten them yet, it's been 27h now. I though it would take 0-24 h! Admin please help me i want my money or points!!!

If you didn't get your points in 12 hours from making the transaction, money should have returned to your visa-card.

End of the story, Egypt is not supported into Credit Card / PayPal Payment method, so whether you tried to donate or not your card will not be charged.

For Egyptians we do offer Egypt Donate

Lmao, im not from egy, i just put it at my account cause i didn't care, im from Norway but live in Sweden.. fix this

Please note that for some Credit Card Payments it takes up to 6 Hours until the payment is confirmed and reached our Merchant Account, Within 6 hours you should receive an email that your payment was confirmed and you will get your points instantly, or another Email that your payment was refused and the money will be charged back to your card.

Anyway Post your #Reference Code or your #Order Number.

First time I donated I did not get the points instantly, but after playing a League of Legends game I received them. I am from Sweden aswell and I received the points and if you did not copy and pasted the reference order number, thats your fault because you should always save all the codes if there is a problem with the system
