Dear Support Team,
Kindly need your urgent support. I attempted to make a payment by using Vodafone charging cards, i have followed the required steps to make the payment and sent the Email to Egypt@highexp.eu. and it been more than 24 hours now and still no points was added to my account. i created an account on Zendesk support once I sent the first email yesterday and i have sent a second Email to support@highexp.eu today as well and so far no one answered my ticket and it status is still open.

My first request ID is: #7899
the second ticket number I received after sending Email to support today is: #7900

Be patient and wait, the staff will eventually help you. But they're busy with other things or just too lazy
They will fix it when they feel like it most likely but it doesn't make a diffrence when you spam forums either.

Well i followed your advice and was patient, even thought its been ummm i dunno something like 7 DAYS! since i submitted my request. and what is even more alarming that i checked the online status for our support team, and i found out that Admin Xerazx last activity was 20 hours ago. And no one answered my open requests on Zen Help-Desk.
i truly hope that this issue is solved. because it is getting really ridiculous.

We all know how bad the admins are now adays on replying to emails, i had to wait 3 months to get a reply once. The helpers try to be online as often they can in the game, but the admins have just been in a steady decline on their activity on the server unfortunately. I hope they answer this as soon as possible so you can get what you need.
