I've been online almost all fridays to solve that issue, also reported more than once that to staff take some action (since probably those low rebirth lv 8 players have some main character) last friday was holiday so I couldnt be online, next one also will be an holiday, hard to see you complaining about "no helpers" when I'm there when I can, trying to help you guys on that bug abusing that players been abusing so long now.

I was there this week, We ( Hortblade, Zariel) Try to be online every Friday for top arena.
